Promotional Items Services

The Vendor is required to provide the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, and services to furnish various promotional items and apparel, including custom printing, for county.
- Promotional items and apparel at various events throughout the year on an as-needed basis.
- Apparel items may be selected from the catalogs of sanmar or equivalent.
- The items are not known at this time, and may be selected from the catalogs of hit, garyline, or equivalent.
- The promotional items and apparel shall be new and free of defects. No overruns will be accepted.
- Promotional Apparel, for the purposes of this bid relative to the discount pricing, shall include, but not limited to: shirts, hats, visors, socks, shoes and other similar clothing.
- Sunglasses, tiaras, necklaces, backpacks and other similar items shall be considered Promotional Items.
- Contract Period/Term: 1 year
