The vendor is required to provide production services for festival stage events from July to August 2025 in state.

1. Stage show includes:
• Opening acts
• Opening ceremony (welcome, opening prayers, drummers, dancers, speakers, singing of oh country, etc.)
• Act a
• Act b
• Act c
• Act d
2. Services required:
a) Technical coordination in advance and to be sent to city of thunder bay project lead
• Coordinate technical requirements with talent, talent management as required prior to show.
• Run sheet to include load in/load out, sound checks, breaks
b) Production crew
• Provide supervision and sufficient qualified crew to install and operate all necessary sound and lighting equipment and controls;
• Provides supervision and ensures safe handling and moving of equipment to and from storage buildings adjacent to stage;
• Install and remove trusses and fixtures on sl320 as required in cooperation with stage operation technicians;
• Operate all production equipment for duration of sound checks and event
• Directly communicate with the city staff on site.
c) Stage management (optional services and needs to be quoted separately)
• Provide experienced stage manager for the duration of event
• Directly communicate with the city staff on site
d) Equipment
• Provide additional sound and/or lighting equipment and controls as required
• Provide and negotiate substitutions with talent/management as required;
• Provide a list or required backline a week before each show - Live on the waterfront main series
