The Vendor is required to provide county with classified/retail advertising on an “as required basis” by issue of delivery order.
• To ensure maximum exposure in support of recruitment activities, contractor must publish employment/job vacancy advertisements in the classified/employment section of their newspaper, primarily on Sunday and Wednesday of the same week.
• Other days of the week may be used in addition to Sundays and Wednesdays at the discretion of county.
• Provide for placement of employment/job vacancy advertisements in digital media such as jobs.tucson.com or through other vendor-affiliated sources that are subject to county’s approval.
• To assist in county’s efforts for widespread circulation of advertisement and for a successful recruitment, contractor may provide other digital media services to include but not be limited to social boosts, performance boosts and career builder boosts as approved/requested by county.
• County may request other retail, classified and/or miscellaneous services pursuant to this contract by submitting advertisement information, including the ad text and publishing requirements in word, pdf, wam.net or other mutually agreed upon format via email, to the appropriate advertising department as identified by contractor (classified, retail or other).
• Provide a quote and proof of the requested ad. county will review quote and proof and either approve and provide order release or request necessary revisions until proof is approved and an order release is provided.
• Contractor is required to publish advertisement as specified.
• All advertisements are subject to the publication deadlines and limitations as identified by contractor.
• Should provide an online billing, service, or working portal to streamline task reporting and completion of required articles.
