The vendor is required to provide photography services for scheduled campus events on the city and potentially the Ozark campuses from July 1, 2025-june 30, 2026.
- Photography style-the most common assignments will be on-campus events such as commencement, first and last day of academic year classes, marketing shoots, and head shots and portraits.
- University marketing and communications (marcomm) will evaluate each of these requests and communicate with awardee to secure a booking.
- Awardee must provide all labor and equipment necessary to complete tasks. university equipment shall not be used.
- Awardee shall dress professionally and blend in.
- For example, casual dress is acceptable for most assignments and non-descript solid clothing would facilitate blending in at commencement.
- All photographs provided by awardee to university shall be deemed works made for hire.
- University shall be the sole owner of all photographs and of all rights, including copyrights, in such photographs.
- University grants a nonexclusive license to awardee to use, reproduce and publish photographs in connection with advertising and marketing of photographer services.
- In its sole discretion, university may credit awardee in connection with university use of photographs.
- University will work closely with the awardee
- University seeks an awardee who has established relationships with university campus partners, or has a demonstrated ability to establish partnerships with client and a demonstrated ability to capture the client brand.
- Awardee must also demonstrate an ability to use the following photography software
• Adobe creative suite, specifically lightroom and photoshop
• Photo shelter
• Photo mechanic.
