Digital Orthophoto Aerial Image Capture and Processing Services

The Vendor is required to provide 2025 digital aerial imagery and orthophoto covering designated areas within the county.
- Service required and minimum requirements:
• Aerial photo requisition, processing, and delivery
1. Digital 20cm RGBI orthophoto in ¼ Township tiles (minimum 50m overlap) for the designated rural areas of interest as described below.
2. Digital 15cm RGBI Orthophoto tiles in approximately 1 mile x 1 mile mosaics for the urban areas of interest
3. Ground survey target location coordinates
4. Digital Elevation model of urban areas of interest
5. Full RGBI Stereo (30% lateral overlap and 60% forward overlap)
6. Photo center coordinates (shapefiles)
7. Aerial Triangulation (AT) and support files in Datum
8. Metadata
9. 20:1 Mr. Sid Compression
10. Cloud free with minimum solar angle of 35º
11. Snow free
12. Leaf free preferred, particularly for urban areas
13. Areas to be flown between May 15 2025, and August 31, 2025.
