The vendor is required to provide retaining a media communications specialist to engage with media and provide information on certain audits and interact with other government officials, taxpayers, and the public at large.
- Services include:
• Drafting all news releases.
• Acting as a media liaison to schedule one-on-one interviews if required, and being available for all media questions related to the office.
• Coordinate speaking engagements to civic clubs and organizations to explain agency role and reports.
• Media training if requested.
• Provide analytics, tracking, and reporting of media coverage of agency to allow corrections and further explanation if necessary.
• Assist in generating topics for newsletters.
- Work with agency as a media liaison to address all media requests for information regarding audit reports that garner the news media attention and communicate with others as requested by agency.
