Advertising Services

The vendor is required to provide advertising services for include:
• Frequency of publication (daily, weekly, etc.). (a minimum of 4 daily printed publications are preferred).
• Percentage of city of news carried. (Content of 50% or greater city news is preferred).
• General circulation (online, home delivery, business delivery, news racks, etc.)
• Ad rate - including any additional fees (charges for colored artwork, late fees, etc.)
• Schedule/deadlines to publish legal notices
• Website (if any) – responsiveness of website to mobile devices
• Percentage of recycled content of printed newspaper
• Fiscal integrity.
