The vendor is required to provide marketing services needed for both short-term and long-term marketing projects.
- Develop and produce required print, broadcast, social media, and electronic marketing materials.
- Provide draft material in a time frame adequate to allow for any changes required by agency.
- Must be prepared to meet with agency staff in person and/or through virtual meetings to present and discuss all prepared/proposed campaign draft material.
- Monitor placed marketing materials to ensure accuracy and completion of all paid and unpaid media scheduled.
- Provide buy sheets to validate placement.
- Develop and produce printed materials.
- Printed materials shall include, but not be limited to, brochures, billboards, posters, and other educational materials.
- Printed materials requirements will be based on the funding source or the project objectives.
- Develop and produce electronic materials for electronic ads.
- Electronic ads shall include, but not be limited to social media, digital, and internet radio/streaming markets.

- Electronic ad requirements will be based on the funding source or the project objectives.
- Provide detailed reports/analysis that showcase reach and engagement for each digital campaign that’s completed, or at a minimum, by quarter.
- This shall include reach, engagement, impressions, and any other metrics available or outlined by agency after award of the contract.
- Must review the success of each campaign and offer insight and suggestions as to improve future strategies if goal metrics are not met.
- Diversity outreach is defined as encompassing social, cultural, ethnic, and racial awareness and sensitivities as it relates to these two demographic groups.
- Provide print, radio, and video clips if requested.
- The enhancement of technology-based marketing strategies and programs, including but not limited to:
1. Search engine marketing (SEM), including but not limited to google, Bing, and yahoo;
2. Digital display advertising, including but not limited to website retargeting, programmatic display/audience/behavioral targeting, mobile geo-targeting, geo-fencing/IP targeting/rooftop targeting;
3. Social media advertising, including but not limited to YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, snap chat twitter;
4. Internet radio; Spotify, Pandora;
5. Other strategies recommended by agency or agency partner (s).
- Provide graphic design, videography, photography, public relations, crisis communication management, freelance writing, and marketing strategy services at a fixed price per service.
