The vendor is required to provide google marketing platform services (GMP) for licensing agreements and platform support of:
• Campaign manager 360 (cm360)
• Search ads 360 (sa360)
• Display video 360 (dv360)
• Tag manager 360 (gtm360)
• Google analytics 360 (ga360)

1. Certified and authorized suppliers
• All successful proposers shall complete the training provided by university and be certified prior to providing services.
• Account management
• A single point of contact for streamlining communications and handling the university implementation
• The personnel assigned to the project shall be held fully accountable and contractually obligated to the standards as prescribed by university.
• Highly capable staff and technically competent in the technology platform provided.
• At a minimum, the account manager shall meet with university personnel twice a year, and provide a comprehensive analysis or summary to the enterprise brand strategy and management and enterprise partners, on the progress of projects.
• Any changes to personnel assigned to the project must be approved by the university.
• University may in good faith and for good cause request the firm to replace personnel assigned to this engagement.
• The firm will promptly replace such personnel at no additional cost to the university.
• Other initiatives in support of university objectives
• Continual improvement of service and improved total cost of ownership
• A relationship approach, with flexibility and commitment
• Cost competitive initiatives through the smart use of technology.
