Apparel and Promotional Items Services

The vendor is required to provide for apparel and promotional items services.
- Contract number, lump sum price, start date, schedule, and notice to proceed. 
- The schedule will include the mobilization, materials purchase, installation and delivery, design, weather, and site cleanup and inspection. 
- No additional claims may be made for delays as a result of these items.
- The date for commencing services and/or delivery of products (“work”). 
- Upon commencing work, the vendor will proceed diligently toward contract completion. 
- Any delay in the work beyond the vendor’s control must be reported to agency authorized representative immediately.
- Contract Period/Term: 5 years
