Marketing and Advertising Services

The Vendor is required to provide strategic marketing, branding, advertising, and communications services focused on business attraction, retention, expansion, and promotion.
- Representative projects may include:
• Development and execution of targeted business attraction campaigns 
• Identification of high-potential businesses, site selectors, and brokers in priority industry sectors, and the creation of outreach strategies to engage them
• Design and production of promotional materials, including brochures, infographics, presentations, and flyers
• Brand refinement and content creation for the economic development website and related platforms
• Development of LinkedIn content campaigns tailored for business and commercial real estate audiences
• Development of quarterly newsletters and business success stories, with flexibility to coordinate with external writers or content partners as needed
• Creative direction and production of video and professional photography, including coordination with third-party vendors when appropriate
• Print ads and advertorials in trade publications
• Event branding and collateral for economic development events, such as broker engagement, business appreciation, and industry networking functions
• Support for Town-led initiatives such as workforce development, infrastructure investment, and incentive programs

• Marketing strategy development and execution
• Copywriting and content creation
• Graphic design for print and digital platforms
• Video storyboarding, scripting, and production
• Social media strategy and creative assets
• Digital ad creation and media placement
• Regular project updates and status meetings
• Reports on campaign outcomes, including impressions and engagement
• Coordination with local vendors for production and printing
• Budget and schedule tracking
• Attendance at relevant planning and stakeholder meetings.
