The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive services that include marketing, recruitment, enrollment management support, and student retention for agency existing and emerging online graduate programs.
- Provide strategic guidance, operational support, and performance-driven solutions to enhance the reach, impact, and success of agency online graduate portfolio.
- Additional programs are in various stages of development and review, including Accounting, Social Work, Nonprofit Leadership, Music and Entertainment Industries, and Science Communication.
- Services include:
• Analyze existing and proposed online graduate offerings;
• Identify programs with the highest enrollment potential at regional and national levels;
• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing, recruitment, and enrollment strategy; and
• Provide ongoing support to promote student success and retention.
• Conduct a substantive review of current and planned online graduate programs;
• Analyze publicly available data (e.g., IPEDS, labor market trends, competitor offerings) to assess program viability;
• Recommend and implement a targeted marketing and enrollment strategy informed by data and best practices;
• Provide marketing and recruitment services, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and funnel management;
• Support prospective students throughout the enrollment journey, from inquiry to matriculation; and
• Collaborate with agency admissions team, which will retain all application processing and decision making authority.
- Any technology platforms or services proposed by the vendor must integrate with agency existing infrastructure. This includes:
• Slate (CRM)
• Bright space (LMS)
• Ellucian Banner.
