Executive Producer Services

The Vendor is required to provide to serve as executive producer for the FIFA fan festival 2026 – city.
- Provide in production and media services.
- Provide for the overall creative vision, production management, commercial partner integration, and media and communications strategy assuring.
- Production & Entertainment Management
• Develop and implement an operational plan for all on-site production elements, including stages, lighting, audio/visual, video screens, tents, utilities, and signage.
• Design and program a full schedule of live entertainment- national and local musical acts, DJs, cultural showcases, esports, watch parties, emcees, and community engagement activities.
• Source, book, contract, and manage all performers, stage talent, technical crews, and production vendors.
- Commercial Integration & Sponsor Activation
• Work with brand partners to plan and deliver interactive zones, product activations, branded lounges, and promotional giveaways.
3. Media & communications
• Lead media and PR planning in collaboration with the committee, city communications team, and FIFA’S media department.
• Designate and manage media zones, press credentialing processes, live broadcast support, and satellite uplink coordination.
• Oversee development of promotional content (e.g., highlight reels, artist promos, and behind-the-scenes content).
• Establish on-site media command post for match days, and manage press conferences, influencer access, and community coverage.
• Ensure compliance with all FIFA media rights protections and licensing terms.
- Curate and manage live entertainment, performances, and public programming throughout the duration of the festival.
- Coordinate all media and communications efforts including live broadcast access, social content, and on-site press support.
- Ensure a safe, inclusive, and logistically efficient experience for fans, partners, and staff.
