The vendor is required to provide communications consultant that is technically and professionally capable of providing the following services:
• Audit, assess, and refine internal marketing systems and staffing, as well as brand effectiveness in local, national, and international markets.
• Working with institute for contemporary art (ICA) leadership and staff, identify areas of improvement in marketing and communications skills and training opportunities, through data-driven analysis.
• Working with the ICA team, identify significant communications and messaging milestones.
• Develop regular pitch planning sessions for publications and writers aligned with messaging milestones in 2-year cycles.
• Consult with the ICA team to hone and implement press cultivation at national and international levels.
