Marketing Content Creator Services

The vendor is required to provide for a full-service content agency capable of providing the following requested services on a per-project basis:
1. Drone video and photography:
• Exterior aerials:
o Day and night footage of the venue from multiple angles including from the authority.
o Drone shots showcasing proximity to downtown, the waterfront, and event activation zones.
• Interior aerials:
o Drone fly-throughs of exhibit halls, ballrooms, pre-function spaces, atriums, and public areas.
2. Interior and exterior ground-level photo and video:
o Meeting rooms, exhibit spaces, ballrooms, atrium, escalators, lobbies, entrances, food & beverage spaces, and outdoor terraces.
o Signature architectural and design features.
o Event setups (e.g., galas, conventions, concerts, corporate events).
o Staff and service in action (hospitality, security, av techs, etc.).
3. Event coverage:
o Trade shows, conventions, corporate meetings, community events, and special activations.
o Time-lapse and b-roll to showcase flexibility and transformation of space.
o Crowd shots and engagement moments.
4. Testimonials:
o Event organizers, clients, and planners.
o Attendees, vendors, and staff.
o Civic and hospitality partners.
5. City of b-roll:
o Signature landmarks and skyline.
o Walkability and attractions near the convention center.
o Partner venues and city experiences tied to meetings and tourism.
o Events, parades, celebrations, etc.
6. Hotel and expansion project documentation:
o The new hotel being constructed which will connect to place via a new constructed skybridge.
o The ongoing expansion project that links the venue to the hotel.
o Milestones and visual storytelling of development progress. - Raw and edited video files in both horizontal and vertical formats (optimized for web and social).
- Edited video reels: 30-second, 60-second, and 2-minute cuts for different use cases.
- Minimum of 300 high-resolution photos categorized by location/use case.
- Drone footage with and without overlays/annotations.
- Time-lapse footage (if applicable).
- Licensing for unlimited use across all platforms and media in perpetuity.
- First round of deliverables to be completed by September 30, 2025.
- Ongoing shoots for hotel and expansion progress: monthly or milestone-based through end of construction project and contract.
