The vendor is required to provide media and marketing services for include:
1. Development of brand strategy
• Develop a strategy to align with agency recruiting objectives
• Engage internal and external stakeholder audiences, as required, including facilitating strategic sessions
• Align with established agency imagery and existing public awareness
• Develop agency brand positioning and messaging platform
2. Marketing strategy and planning
• Provide advice on overall marketing activities
• Engage in market research activities, as required
• Develop strategic marketing and advertising plans (including media planning and placement for social media and streaming ads)
• Provide a measurement program to outline performance metrics, targets, benchmarks, etc.
3. Digital marketing strategy and production
• Provide advice on digital and content strategies (including social media campaigns)
• Inform agency recruiting strategy
• Provide tech specs for video deliverables
• Create analytics reports for campaigns that track impressions and conversions
4. Creative and campaign development
• Provide strategy, oversight and guidance in the development of a recruiting campaign
• Collaborate with the agency production team to design and copywrite social media and streaming ads.
