The vendor is required to provide advertising, marketing, community and media relations and services media relations services.
• Attend regular and special meetings at the college as requested and required.
• Provide ongoing written consultation to college on media programs, publicity, special promotions, marketing, and community and intergovernmental relations.
• Provide technical assistance with regards to website and digital matters
• Prepare and disseminate press releases, and provide consultation and spokesperson services as needed on the college's activities, achievements and programming to all relevant media (print, digital, tv, radio).
• Research and provide data and consultation that will be useful in formulating and implementing strategic marketing plans.
• Prepare and assist in overseeing the production of any print, digital, tv or radio materials deemed necessary to promulgate special projects and the daily and long- range operations of the college.
• Act as a liaison between the college and other public agencies or private-sector entities as requested.
