Strategic Planning Session Facilitator Services

The vendor is required to provide strategic planning is an effective tool used by government and business to improve organizational performance.
• Strategic planning project initiation, project management, and ongoing administration.
• Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement to determine the interests and priorities of major stakeholders (i.e., public, legislature, fire and rescue community, and the engineering and construction communities).
• Facilitated sessions with internal and external stakeholders.
• Facilitated leadership and staff feedback sessions.
• Delivery of a final strategic plan for leadership review and acceptance.
