The vendor is required to provide lighting, sound, audio, and related production services for events held at the amphitheater and town center.
- These events include concerts, theatrical performances, festivals, community gatherings, and special city-sponsored programs.
- Provide full-service production support, including but not limited to:
• Audio engineering: high-quality front-of-house (FOH) and monitor mixing, wireless microphone systems, speaker arrays, backline coordination.
• Lighting design and operation: stage and ambient lighting, spotlight operation, creative lighting design for performances and themed events.
• Visual and multimedia support (optional): led screens, projection mapping, and video capture/live feed.
• Stage management: coordination with talent, stage hands, and other vendors.
• Logistics and setup: load-in/load-out, rigging, power distribution, cable management.
• On-Site support: qualified staff present for setup, rehearsal, and live performance.
• Equipment supply: provide all necessary equipment unless otherwise specified.
• Emergency preparedness: contingency planning for weather, technical failure, or other disruptions.
