The Vendor is required to provide to the development and execution of a multichannel marketing campaign to enhance visibility, relevance, and interest with the intent of attracting young families from out-of-state to relocate to county.
- Services include:
• Approaches that extend beyond traditional school district marketing
• Digital or grassroots campaigns targeting families considering relocation
• Storytelling tools or media campaigns that highlight authentic experiences of district families and students
• Partnerships or collaborations that expand the impact of limited funds
• Innovative or unconventional tactics not currently being explored by the district
• Messaging that highlights county’s appeal to young families - including affordable housing compared to coastal states, safe suburban neighborhoods, access to outdoor recreation, strong graduation rates, and a family-friendly lifestyle
• District marketing, enrollment strategy, brand engagement and relocation campaigns.
• Proposed approach to developing a 5–6 month campaign funneling families from awareness to enrollment.
• Media-mix recommendations for social, PPC/search, OTT, print, podcast and other specialized media.
• Tools and methods for tracking performance, capturing data, and reporting KPIS (e.g., CTR, cost-per-lead, geo tracking).
• Sample creative work or campaign concepts, if available.
• Notes on timeline, scalability, resource requirements, or potential partnerships that would support successful execution.
• General budget outline, not to exceed $100,000.
