The Vendor is required to provide to enhance its athletic program through improved multi-media rights (MMR) revenue, ticket operations efficiencies, and sales.
- This engagement will encompass outbound ticket sales, sponsorship acquisition and fulfillment, and the day-to-day management of the athletics ticket and MMR office.
- Responsibility for these operations, providing on-site personnel to ensure efficient service delivery and enhanced revenue generation.
- The ability to integrate with these platforms and manage ticketing operations in a manner that is seamless and compliant with university standards.
- This includes, but is not limited to, the development and execution of a comprehensive sales and marketing strategy, leveraging digital and grassroots channels, and incorporating data-driven pricing models and secondary market strategies.
- Marketing and communications teams to ensure brand alignment and effective asset fulfillment, both in-game and through digital platforms.
- Provide regular reporting on performance metrics, including sales activity, revenue generation, and customer engagement.
- The ability to adapt strategies based on data and feedback will be essential to the success of this partnership.
