Strategic Plan Services

The Vendor is required to provide strategic plan for support the development of a five-year.
•    Coordinate interviews with staff and external partners
•    Conduct surveys and focus groups
•    Analyze data
•    Present findings to the agency leadership team.
•    Facilitate prioritization and strategic plan development sessions with agency leadership.
•    Draft a strategic plan for review and revision
•    Produce a final, approved strategic plan.
