Strategic Planning Professional Services

The vendor is required to provide strategic planning services must be high quality, research-based with field-tested tools and resources for job-embedded applications, reference professional literature, and include assessments of the professional learning.
•    Formal classroom observations of teachers using a rubric
•    Strategies for engaging community and district stakeholders
•    Development of an array of data collection methods to ascertain the priorities and values of stakeholders in the school community
•    Analysis of data from the various stakeholder data collection methods
•    Analysis of district-wide data
•    Creation of actionable goals grounded in stakeholder priorities and the conclusions drawn from the data
•    Progress monitoring support for district-wide and school-wide goals
•    Coaching support for various educator stakeholder groups including leaders and teachers
•    Development of strategic planning deliverables (i.e., slide decks, data sets, public facing documents, board presentations, etc.)
•    Educational equity in support of schoolwide performance
•    Developing school culture and climate
•    Current emerging topics in education
•    Current research base in educational practice and leadership.
