The vendor is required to provide to produce short-form video content designed to promote tourism experiences, destinations and events across the state throughout the year.
- Provide to manage the development of short-form video content through partnerships with content creators.
- These videos will promote state tourism experiences, destinations and events across digital platforms such as Instagram reels and YouTube shorts.
- Identifying and contracting with content creators aligned with state tourism brand and goals
- Developing creative briefs in collaboration with the office
- Delivering 130 high-quality, engaging short-form video shoots, each with an output of 10- 15 short-form videos.
- Managing usage rights and licensing of all video assets
- A total of 50 video shoots will be made available for purchase by up to 10 tourism partners.
- Tourism partners include convention and visitors bureaus, tourism attractions, lodging properties, restaurants and other entities that market to potential visitors.
- All rights to partner-supported video shoots must also include the office.
- The remaining 80 video shoots will be produced exclusively for the office.
- Shoot locations within the state will be determined by the partner or office.
- Each video must have a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right and license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, sublicense and otherwise exploit the video assets (the “assets”) in any and all media now known or hereafter devised, for any purpose, including but not limited to commercial, promotional, advertising, educational and entertainment purposes, without further compensation, notification or approval.
- Rights to the video assets must be granted in perpetuity to both the office and each individual tourism partner with licensing to use across all media channels.
- Must warrant and represent that any and all audio elements, including but not limited to music, sound effects, dialogue and voiceovers (collectively, the “audio”), used in the video production are properly licensed, owned or otherwise lawfully obtained with all necessary rights, permissions and clearances for the intended use.
- The successful vendor shall ensure that the audio is free from any third-party claims, including but not limited to copyright infringement, licensing disputes or royalty obligations beyond those explicitly agreed upon in writing.
