- The department is supported by an in-house marketing and communications team responsible for social media, website content, photography, email marketing, media relations, graphic design, video production, signage, and print collateral.
- Creating cohesive campaigns, collateral, and timelines to promote key services, largescale and signature special events, new initiatives, and system wide awareness.
- Assisting with the evaluation of campaign effectiveness using relevant metrics, including attendance, reach, engagement, and community sentiment.
- Ability to provide bilingual or multicultural marketing services.
