The Vendor is required to provide planwell™ or equal online plan room services for the District
- Trim lines are to be in alignment so that the title block can be easily located and scrutinized.
- Any reproductions not so aligned shall be returned to Vendor for rebinding at no cost to the District.
- Reproductions must present a “book-like” appearance.
- Reproduction shall be done of 20 lb. fifty percent (50%) rag, slow or medium speed paper, shall have deep black printing that is easily readable and shall not be overexposed or underexposed.

- USB: Copy District provided files on to USB in non-alterable form.
Provide viewing software on request.
- Hard copy to USB: Vendor to scan hard copies of plans and specifications to USB in a non-alterable, readable, printable format, including viewing software.
- Vendor is to verify readable files before distribution. - Provide, at no expense to the District, protective delivery tubes to accommodate original documents, on an as-required basis.
- Provide District staff with training on how to access and use its online plan room services on an as-needed basis.
- Contract Period/Term: 2 years
