- Capture stakeholder feedback
• The agency should plan to hold a minimum of three stakeholder meetings (via zoom) for leadership, employees, and students.
• These meetings should strive to capture content ideas and overall vision.
• The agency should plan to work closely with the college’s strategic communications team regarding brand, graphic elements, and color selections.
- Creative concept development
• Craft a strategy and provide detailed renderings applying agency brand to dynamic visual elements while maximizing space, existing architectural elements, and natural light.
o Large-format photo panels showcasing student life, community, and college mission.
o Bold graphics, branded color applications, and thematic designs for high-traffic areas.
o Typography-driven designs highlighting key words, phrases, or values meaningful to the college community.
- Fabrication and installation
• Coordinate the production and professional installation at both campuses of the approved designs.
- Project management
• Provide clear communication, timelines, and budget tracking throughout the project lifecycle.
