The vendor is required to provide creative branding strategic community outreach and engagement, marketing and implementation services for include:
• Conceptually frame the discussion with city archives and partner organizations
• Source potential speakers and subject matter experts relevant to the discussion
• Invite and coordinate panelists and subject matter experts relevant to the discussion
• Prepare conversation and discussion topics with panelists
• Create branding and collateral design
• Promote event awareness and community engagement
• Track and maintain invitee list
• Prepare and execute timeline of project
• Assistance day of set up
• Sourcing of food and drinks from vendors
• Sourcing of vendors for logistical set up
• Coordination of content capture
- The capacity to fully engage in the planning sessions for the strategic engagement discussions with partner organizations, provide assistance with securing subject matter expert panelists who can help guide discussions in an orderly, and transparent manner.
- The strategic community engagement discussion using qualifying information provided by the city archives team and partner organizations.
- Collaborate with diverse communities, expressly open to discuss and mitigate rich conversations surrounding current and historical events.
- Demonstrate experience with executing impactful dialogues around social justice issues particularly that affect disenfranchised communities.
- Create branding that will engage broad audiences.
