Photography and HD Videography Services

The Vendor is required to provide as-needed photography services.
- Professional photographer to provide on-call, on-site photography for use in the promotion of the department through publications, press releases, electronic, internet and social media sites.
- High definition (HD) videography may also be requested.
- A variety of lenses will be required including, but not limited to, wide angle and telephoto lenses.
- Acceptable digital camera equipment must feature at least a digital SLR professional camera with an 18-megapixel image sensor. 
- Flash photography or portable studio lighting and various backdrops may be required for portraits or event photography in low light conditions. 
- All on-call photography assignments shall be delivered via the web using large-file transfer services such as DropBox, Hightail or equivalent, as 12-inch by 8- inch, 350 dpi Photoshop jpeg images saved in the highest quality. 
- Photos will be color corrected or enhanced as needed. 
- On occasion, low resolution web versions of some photos will be requested as well as the full-resolution photos as specified above. 
- For some assignments, higher resolution images may be requested in tiff format. 
- HD videography must be shot with a professional grade digital SLR camera, or a professional video camera in 1080p resolution, and delivered via the web, or on a hard drive provided by the department.
