Supplemental Police Support for Events Services

The vendor is required to provide supplemental police support for special events to include athletic events.
- The platform to account for university officer availability and scheduling for the same events.
- Provide a solution to allow payments through regular university payroll or via awarded firm (with respect to HR and payroll reporting requirements).
- The service requirements we are looking for are as follows:
•    Ability to directly pay individual officers
•    Ability to calculate total cost for each event, including pre-determined administrative fees and bill university
•    Vendor has 24/7 customer service capabilities
•    Provides supplemental insurance that covers general and professional liability
•    Vendor maintains scheduling and event history that can be accessed electronically.
