The Vendor is required to provide public relation services to public school districts in the state that can provide public relations and marketing services to the district.
- Types of Services
• Develop a recruitment campaign and distribution plan, promoting the district's needs and program highlights (text, video, and visual graphics)
• Develop a promotional campaign and distribution plan, about programs, specifically highlighting the new Career and Technical Education (CTE) building and programming (text, video, and visual graphics)
• Promote CTE building to local industry leaders in the tristate area
• Develop a campaign for CTE building opening and launch
• Advise in the development of communications strategy and talking points on projects or issues on an as needed basis and/or distribute public relations materials (as specified)
• Develop a media response protocol
• Prepare and issue press releases on projects and/or initiatives
• Advise on engagement with stakeholders to maintain credibility, transparency, and strengthen relationships
• Provide talking points, scripts, or similar materials for media interviews
• Create concise messaging and “elevator pitches” for board members on key initiatives
• Attend board and committee meetings and District events as requested
• Advice on general public relations needs as needed.
