The vendor is required to provide exclusive non-alcoholic beverage rights and marketing investment is intended to be for a period of five (5) years commencing on 1/1/2026.
1. Special events
• Provide all necessary equipment and supplies for events including:
o Rubbermaid style 150-gallon stock tank cooling units
o State tanker style cooling units
o Electric refrigerated cooling units
o Ice barrel and merchandiser style cooling units
o Double door merchandise coolers for each sales location
• Provide all necessary service for events including:
o Delivery of product to each sales location on the festival grounds
o Removal of unsold product following each event
o Route truck and stock truck for storage of additional reserve product at each event
o Stock truck(s) to hold extra inventory to remain on site
o Product and pricing signage
o Product delivery to individual service locations
• Ability to service events on weekends
• All equipment sizes, quantities and length of usage to be negotiated per event
• Delivery and pick-up locations and times to be negotiated per event
• Billing and reporting:
o Provide refund for unused product
o Provide post-event usage reports

• Product delivery (cases of 24 units in 20oz bottles):
o Water: 350+ cases
o CSD: 200+ cases
o Isotonic: 90+ cases

3. CBUS soul fest | august 14 – 15, 2026
• Double door merchandise coolers: 1-4
• Product delivery (cases of 24 units in 20oz bottles):
o Water: 100+ cases
o CSD: 50+ cases
o Isotonic: 25+ cases
• Additional product reserve
o Water: 40+ cases
o CSD: 20+ cases
o Isotonic: 20+ cases
4. Sports
• Provide all necessary equipment and supplies including:
o Use of one (1) mobile concession golf cart and one (1) mobile cargo golf cart to be Provided to department, with a warranty included, to be used at park.
o Golf carts can be wrapped or branded.
• Provide all necessary service including:
o All deliveries made weekly every Thursday
o Offering of one product that is non-carbonated and low calorie in vending machines, in addition to water
o Maximum 48-hour on-site response time to service calls
o Routine machine maintenance
• Billing and reporting:
o Monthly reports that provide detail on total sales, sales by product, and sales by location for vending machines.
o Vending machine payments made quarterly to department
o Reporting structure for lost money in vending machines
o Reporting structure on out-of-order machines and out-of-stock product
• Pouring rights-the following are the vending areas included in the current pouring rights
• Contract: delivery of product and servicing the machines located at all current indoor athletic complexes (1 soda and 1 Gatorade per site and 10 total)
o 5 athletic complexes
o Delivery of product and servicing 3 machines located within the secured concession stand areas within park.
• Purchasing of product (bottles) by the contracted concessionaire for department at the following concession locations:
o Berliner sports park
o Spindler soccer park
o Any other temporary sites the sports request the concessionaire to set-up.
• Location not included for consideration (but could be added for 2027)
o Kilbourne run soccer park (partially open by early 2026, fully operational by q4 2026)
• Cases of water donated (annually) for a defined number of youth sporting events.
5. Community recreation and aquatics
• Community centers: 29 centers throughout the city, which could include fitness centers, sports leagues, programming, fitness, arts and educational classes, and 50+ programming.
• Aquatics: department has eight outdoor pools and one indoor aquatic center.

o Offering of one product that is non-carbonated and low calorie in vending machines, in addition to water.
o Maximum 48-hour on-site response time to service calls
o Weekly stocking and routine machine maintenance

6. Marketing partnership
• Creative and innovative marketing partnership plan for a multi-year, department-wide beverage partnership.
• Marketing opportunities will be relative to the amount of the beverage rights fee.
• Below are some examples, but potential partners are encouraged to think beyond the traditional format.
• Marketing opportunities are not limited to the list below.
• A comprehensive and detailed listing of opportunities and partnerships will be developed in conjunction with the partner.
o Annual beverage rights fee
o In-kind donation of products
o Equipment and amenities (if applicable)
o Marketing plan to support department and the partnership
• Potential opportunity examples:
o Pre-approved marketing campaigns and contests
o Department program promotion via in-store displays, bottles and cans, delivery vehicles, and cases
o Branded equipment to fulfill specific programmatic need
o Facility and on-site branded amenities (example: charging stations, scoreboards)

o Product sampling at events: select tournaments, outdoor events, and golf programs
o Point of sales signage, banners, signs, digital signage, and scoreboards

o Tournaments (shirt, trophies).
