The vendor is required to provide sound production services as needed basis.
1. Sunday, October 19, 2025
gospel concert (national touring performers)
a. Audio
•    Audio coverage for 3,000+ people and 270-degree coverage pattern inclusive of front and side fills
•    4 half ton motors 1 for each hang
•    Subs should be arranged in a sub-array format
•    (2) 48 channel digital audio consoles
•    10 floor wedges, l & r monitor

•    (2) 16x10 fast folds or flow from truss extension

d. Broadcast:

•    Live stream the event to university platforms but not limit to Facebook live, YouTube, oracle tv. 
•    Streaming quality (4k HD or higher and clean audio).

•    (1) microphone on the floor for the induction
•    The university provides (university begins setup at 5:00 am)
o    Backdrop (32x16) that will be on set as the backdrop of the stage. 
o    The backdrop is set by using a pipe and drape stand kit. 
o    The university facilities department will build and strike the backdrop setup
o    Risers for the choir
o    Chairs and podium on main stage.
