The vendor is required to provide creative and marketing professional staffing services on an “as needed” basis at remotely for the following departments:
• Brand marketing communications
• Creative production project management
• Video production
• Web and graphic design
• Advertising creative strategy
• Content strategy
• Content writing
• Print production
- The list below includes, but is not limited to, examples of creative positions which contractors would be expected to provide:
• Creative production project manager
• Senior web and graphic designer
• Marketing coordinator
• Senior marketing writer and editor
• Print production manager
• Marketing communications manager
• Marketing and digital content writer
• Video producer
• Video editor
• Video producer and writer
- Staffing requests:
• The right to make staffing requests to any one or more of the firms of its choosing.
• The nature of its business is such that staffing demands can change rapidly.
- Responding to staffing requests:
• Staffing request shall include candidate name(s), resumes, hourly rate, and hourly market rate justification.
• The required minimum qualifications as outlined in agency staffing request(s).
• The right to interview the candidates by phone or in person, at its sole discretion.
• Agency reserves the right to negotiate rates with the contractor.
- Hours of work:
• Hiring manager will determine the working hours for each position.
• The actual hours during which services are performed, excluding lunch.
• Under no circumstances will overtime (above 40 hours per week) be compensated unless prior written approval is provided by the agency hiring manager.
• The need for personnel to work remotely.
- Compensation:
• The contractor shall be responsible for any compensation due to its personnel in accordance with the requirements of the fair labor standards act.
• The temporary personnel shall remain the employees of the staffing agency and shall not be considered employees of agency.
- Hourly rate and rate escalation:
• Hourly rates shall be fully loaded and shall be capped for the first year of the contract.
• Agency reserves the right to negotiate rates at any time.
• There are no reimbursables, including travel and parking.
• On rare occasions, and only with prior approval from the agency hiring manager, there may be a need for personnel to attend a specialized training event.
• Case, and at the sole discretion of agency, either the training cost or the time worked will be reimbursed, but not both.
