The vendor is required to provide media monitoring service that identifies and provides full clips of radio, tv and online coverage, such as podcasts and streaming, related to the college from national, state, regional and local outlets and sources.
- A robust media monitoring service that:  
•    Is intuitive and easy to use
•    Offers alerts, reports and analytics
•    Comprehensively captures coverage on local, regional, state and national radio, tv, podcasts and online video mentioning college and other keywords that identify the college. 
•    Allows for customized search beyond established keywords
•    Provides easy download of clips for storing in college media coverage archives as well as through monitoring service archives.
