The Vendor is required to provide a browser-based photography database to be able to store and easily search its vast library of photos.
- Staff utilize Microsoft Teams/SharePoint to store folders.
- There is inconsistent file naming, storage practices, file hierarchy, and tagging across users who upload photos.
- Provide a centralized browser-based platform to store, organize, and locate agency assets (photographs).
- Included in this platform are the following items (but not limited to):
• Unlimited users (including public access if desired by agency); ability to share files directly; integration with agency Microsoft Teams/SharePoint servers/files; auto tagging of files (including AI and within established file-tagging hierarchy); integration with Adobe Suite (i.e. InDesign, Photoshop, etc.)
- Provide and set-up five (5) power users/administrators
- Provide storage up to 20 TB (must include both cold and non-cold storage)
- Enable visual search feature which includes an AI Visual search component
- Integrate platform with agency Single Sign on (SSO)
- Provide a dedicated account manager
- Provide initial training and support, and access to ongoing refreshers.
