The Vendor is required to provide comprehensive event parking services throughout the year.
- Supplier must be able to provide all materials, equipment, and personnel necessary for fully functioning event parking operations.
- Some of the materials needed include, but are not limited to, vests, parking cones, barricades, sandwich boards, and hand flags, flashlights, parking vouchers/tickets issued by university, communication devices, and sharpie markers.
- Other equipment, such as digital signage, golf carts, portable lighting, and tents, are among other items that may be required.
- All staff must be on site and ready to conduct business at a designated time as determined by the department.
