The Vendor is required to provide strategic marketing and communications, including but not limited to creative campaign development, creative campaign execution and brand stewardship as well as associated creative services such as graphic design, digital design, marketing materials, and other related services.
- Advertising Campaign Development: Design and layout for promotional materials, billboards, digital graphics, email newsletters, event signage, banners, and other materials.
- Branding: Development or refinement of logos, color schemes, typography, and brand guidelines to ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms.
- The following services as needed to achieve the above:
• Graphic design services: creation of digital and print materials such as logos, brochures, posters, flyers, infographics, presentations, advertisements, publications, and more.
• Digital design: design and optimization of content for web, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
• Copy writing and editorial services: development and refinement of written content to effectively communicate the commission’s message.
• Market research and audience analysis: gathering and analyzing data to better understand the target audience and market dynamics.
• Videography: planning, filming, editing, and post-production work to create compelling visual storytelling.
• Photography: produce high-quality images for use across digital, print, and social media platforms.
• Consultation: strategy sessions to understand design objectives, audience, and goals to deliver tailored creative solutions.
• Project management: ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous work in graphic design, branding, and digital content.
- Proven ability to manage creative projects to ensure on time and on budget execution.
- Current marketing campaigns include the go orange safety campaign, e-zpass and toll by plate, employer branding, sustainability, and others.
- Budget: $2,000,000.00.
