The vendor is required to provide advertising services to support ongoing and future campaigns.
1. Media placement and buying
• Traditional radio
• Television (local and regional)
• Streaming platforms (audio such as podcasts and Spotify, video such as Netflix and amazon)
• Digital web advertising (google sponsored posts, geotargeting, etc.)
• Bilingual and Spanish-language stations and outlets
• Negotiating airtime, scheduling spots, and managing ad placement schedules
2. Campaign execution and support
• Ability to work with multiple district departments with separate timelines and campaign objectives
• Flexibility to run multiple campaigns simultaneously or at different times of the year
• Capability to deliver rapid turnaround for time-sensitive campaigns
3. Reporting and analytics
• Placement verification (proof of airing and streaming, play logs, schedules, etc.)
• Audience reaches and impressions
• Campaign performance summaries
• Regular monthly and campaign-end reporting; with recommendations based on outcomes
4. Project-based work
• Services will be requested on an as-needed basis; there is no guaranteed volume
• The district will issue blanket purchase orders under the awarded contract(s)
• Provide quotes for each project (advertising period) based on established contract rates
5. General requirements
• Compliance with all applicable federal communications commission (FCC) and advertising standards
• Ability to provide the district with final copies of all produced content (if content is vendor-produced)
• Clear communication with district departments regarding timelines, deliverables, and approvals.
