The vendor is required to provide marketing and publication design to graphic design consultant or firm to create a robust, branded set of print and digital marketing materials to promote its 24 career and technical education (CTE) programs, plus a general campaign about the value of CTE pathways.
1. Unified branding strategy
• Develop a cohesive visual identity for CTE marketing materials
• Align with agency branding (colors, logo, fonts, tone)
• Apply consistently across all 150 items
2. CTE program marketing sets
• For each CTE program (24), produce:
o One flyer and poster (8.5”x11” or 11”x17”) for each program targeted to students
o One trifold brochure per audience
• Each version must be tailored to:
o Students (focus: experience, engagement, exploration) [poster + brochure]
o Parents (focus: outcomes, credentials, college and career readiness) [brochure only]
o Community and business (focus: workforce needs, partnerships, economic development) [brochure only]
• Each piece should include as appropriate:
o Program overview
o Career pathways and industry certifications
o Key visuals or icons
o Student outcomes and opportunities
o Contact info and QR code to learn more
• Required formats:
o Print-ready pdf
o Web-optimized version (PDF and PNG)
o ADA-accessible digital version
o Editable source files (e.g., InDesign)
3. General CTE awareness materials (1 campaign × 3 audiences × 2 formats = 6 pieces)
• Develop general promotional materials about CTE as a whole:
o Three flyers and posters (one per audience)
o Three brochures and trifolds (one per audience)
• Themes may include:
o "Benefits of choosing a CTE pathway"
o Explore your future"
4. Stakeholder collaboration and content gathering
• Interview or collaborate via email and meetings with each CTE program lead
• Gather relevant content and visuals
• Review drafts with agency central staff for accuracy and brand alignment.
