The vendor is required to provide video projection system for concerts and events in the 9,000 seat, air-conditioned celeste center.
- Include a 16x9 format, high-definition video system per the following guidelines:
• Two (2) – 16’ wide x 9’high led screens, 5 mm pitch or better resolution, with processing and receiving, 16x9 aspect ratio, 1920x1080 resolution video signal or better
• Three (3) – high-definition cameras:
o Two of them to be handheld (presenter may substitute a minimum of three (3) remote cameras for these
o One tripod with 70x long sled lenses and CCU control
• Three (3) - camera operators as needed unless using remote cameras
• One (1) - video director and switch operator
• One (1) - high-definition video switcher with multi view monitoring and 6-dvi or HDMI inputs.
• One (1) - clear com package for camera operators including both wired and wireless belt packs.
• Two (2) – audio packages for monitoring and sending house audio through studio speakers.
• Two (2) 27” video monitors for use on stage as teleprompters
• Five digital message boards for indoor and outdoor use across the fairgrounds (approximately 3'x5')
• All necessary motors, trussing, rigging, cabling and equipment as needed to safely install the system in a professional manner as expected by national touring concert industry.
• All necessary cables, converters, monitors and cable distribution as needed to adequately run the system in a professional manner as expected by national touring concert industry.
• 200-amp distro 3 phase cam in
• 100’ 2/0 feeder set
• 2/0 feeder jumpers
- Provide a video and audio feed to box office:
• 20" television and monitor on stand
• Self-powered speaker 15” on stand
• Appropriate 300’ cable run and distribution
- The following additional (optional) equipment:
• Upstage video wall
• 20’ wide x 12’ high led screens. 5mm pitch or better resolution with processing and receiving, 4k processing, 16x9 aspect ratio, 1920x1080 resolution video signal or better
• Video wall not to exceed a total of 4500 lbs. and 1500 lbs. per hang point.
• All necessary motors, trussing, rigging, cabling and equipment as needed to safely install the system in a professional manner as expected by national touring concert industry.
• All necessary cables, converters, monitors and cable distribution as needed to adequately run the system in a professional manner as expected by national touring concert industry.
• Other information related to the video screens upstage:
o (2) SDI lines from stage right to video world
o (2) 150 ft fiber snakes from FOH to video world
o (2) CAAT 6 lines from FOH to stage right
o (2) CAT 6 lines from FOH to video world.
