The vendor is required to provide video production vendors to create a series of short- and long-form videos that support the agency mission and increase public awareness of its work.
- Responsible for all aspects of video production, including but not limited to:
• Pre-production (e.g., planning, scripting)
• Filming (interviews, on-site and b-roll capture)
• Editing and post-production (sound, graphics, captions)
• Delivery of final, high-resolution files formatted for web and social media.
- Video must align with agency branding and strategic goals, be visually engaging, and convey clear, easy-to understand messages for a diverse audience, including residents, educators, developers, and anyone researching the agency.
