The vendor is required to provide necessary equipment for a free outdoor music event and staffing to produce event and necessary logistics to execute production.
- Organization with a history of successfully planning and producing diverse and inclusive public musical events and programming that reach diverse audiences.
- We are currently seeking bids from community partners to assist with the planning and execution of the event planned for Sunday, October 26th, 2025.
- The performances will take place between 1:00pm-5:00pm.
- Work in partnership with the city and 2nd street district to design the event experience including special event permitting, production layout and procurement, crew, and sound system for presenting live music curated by the 2nd street district.
- Plan the execution of all event logistics in partnership with the city, including procurement, event set-up, tear down, volunteer recruitment and coordination, on-site signage, event credentials, event sitemaps, and other collateral as needed.
- Provide a resume showing professional event planning, and ability to manage multiple vendors for large events.
