Event Production Services

The Vendor is required to provide for the purchase of event production services, including audio, video, lighting, and backline, rigging, staging and content creation.
- These events include annual galas/balls, major concerts, minor performances, and a variety of other event types.
- Historically the university has spent roughly $60,000-$80,000 annually, however this is expected to increase in coming years.
- Each bulleted area should be addressed in your narrative.
•    Pre-event Design/Content creation
•    Live Event Production Services including Number of Staff and what type
•    Audio Equipment
•    Video Equipment
•    Lighting Equipment
•    Backline
•    Rigging
- Audio:
•    Full audio package as per stage plot and input list, including stage power.
•    Tour carries mic's (specifics can be found on input list)
•    Tour travels with foh engineer, but will use house/production monitor engineer
•    Please provide a foh/systems engineer & monitor engineer/patch tech
•    Accepted consoles: digico SD series or quantum 225/338 are highly preferred (please advance software version), avid s6l (any surface), & yamaha pm
•    Foh consoles accepted on advance: yamaha cl, midas pro, avid profile
•    Please no behringer x32/m32, soundcraft vi, allen & heath, or avid sc48
•    Artist to have full access of console.
•    Band uses IEM'S only, if PSM 1 000's are not available, please advance prior to show.
•    Provide a pa system capable of covering the entire listening area (including front fills and delays) capable of producing an average of 1 0sdb a-weighted, without compression or limiting.
•    Preferred pa manufacture: D&B, l-acoustic, JBL (VTX - NO VRX) MEYER, EAW
- The University holds 15-20 major events throughout the year of various sizes that have varying degrees of production needs.
