The Vendor is required to provide marketing, advertising, and communication firms to handle outreach through traditional media such as vinyl and digital billboards, social media platforms, and other supporting services for the agency.

- Agency visibility to groups of current and potential participants on the resources and services available for older adults in their communities through a multi-faceted approach that combines traditional media and modern digital platforms.
- Project will require additional supporting services, including market research, audience analysis, and performance tracking, to ensure that the advertising efforts are effective and have a measurable impact.
- Public Relations and Media Outreach
• Ensure that services specifically target older adults (60+) and individuals with disabilities.
• Actively promote a range of special events throughout the year, such as open enrollment for healthcare plans, the bridges conference, which focuses on bridging gaps in care and resources, and the caregiver conference, which supports and educates caregivers on best practices and available services.
• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with various media outlets, including local newspapers, regional broadcasters, and national platforms, to enhance the visibility of our initiatives and foster community engagement.
- Content Development
• Develop engaging, clear, and precise content tailored for multiple public communication channels, such as newsletters, websites, social media platforms, brochures, and reports, to effectively inform and engage the target audience.
• Ensure all content is consistent with the organization's policies and key messaging to uphold brand integrity.
• Thoroughly edit and proofread all materials to ensure accuracy, clarity, and professionalism before sharing them with the public.
- Digital Communications
• Design and execute innovative digital marketing campaigns, such as informative email newsletters and interactive online features, to actively engage the public and foster community participation.
• Track and evaluate online engagement metrics, actively responding to public inquiries and comments to build relationships and enhance our online presence.
- Monitoring and Reporting
• Assess the effectiveness of public information initiatives by analyzing various metrics, including the extent of media coverage, levels of engagement on social media platforms, and overall public sentiment toward our communications.
