The Vendor is required to provide to rent large-format advertising space inside high-traffic retail shopping centers on long island as part of a student recruitment campaign during the peak application season.
- Campaign Periods & Banner Sizes
• October 13, 2025 – January 18, 2026: Sky banners approximately 5’x9’ or 8’x14’ in prime seasonal locations.
- To meet campaign objectives, eligible facilities must:
• Contain a minimum of 80+ retail stores and 10+ dining options, including multiple national anchors and a variety of on-site food & beverage tenants.
• Provide infrastructure for suspended sky banners at least 8’x14’, placed in atrium, food court, or major entryway corridors.
• Offer on-site services including banner storage, installation/removal, and printing using artwork supplied by college.
• Allow placement near or integrated with major seasonal attractions (e.g., santa meet & greets, holiday displays) to maximize visibility.
