Photography Services

The vendor is required to provide photography services for youth sports and special events for the parks and recreation department.
- Photography services to begin October of 2025.
- Firm shall provide free team pictures to all head coaches.
- Provide a free team picture to the businesses that sponsor a city.
- Provide a commission to city based on the gross sales figures of all photographs and merchandise ordered.
- Plans for scheduling photos shall be determined one month prior to the start of each program. 
- If photographer wishes to have information distributed at coaches’ meetings, this material must be ready at the time of the meeting.
- Firm shall be available for weekend and evening programs.
- If scheduled picture date is unavailable due to weather, firm must be available for alternate dates and times.
- Responsible for scheduling retakes or alternate times for groups or individuals who are unable to make originally scheduled time.
- All questions regarding pictures shall be handled by the firm.
