The vendor is required to provide marketing, visitor services, and event coordination services for developing and executing strategies that promote town as a family friendly, year-round destination, while ensuring that services are delivered in a transparent, measurable, and cost-effective manner.
• Marketing services - development and execution of comprehensive marketing campaigns using both traditional and digital platforms; brand development; graphic design and content creation; photography and videography; public relations; survey efforts; and reporting on campaign results.
• Visitor services - support and coordination of visitor information centers; provision of visitor information (in-person, phone, and electronic inquiries); customer service training programs for hospitality-related businesses and town staff; and recommendations for improving the visitor experience.
• Event coordination - planning, organizing, coordinating, and promoting special events that reinforce community pride, extend the tourism season, and attract visitors; consultation with event organizers; and coordination of sponsorships, advertising, and group marketing opportunities.
