Strategic Plan Services

The vendor is required to provide strategic action plan for sexual assault response organizations.
- The action plan will identify core elements and values of services and support provided to victims and survivors and will inform the revision of the outcomes and standards for rape crisis and sexual assault centers developed in partnership with the department.
- We advocate for the transformative social change that will result in a society free of violence, push for policy changes that support survivors, and provide education and technical assistance to build the capacity of our members, allied organizations and communities to provide trauma-informed and survivor-centered services
- Desired outcomes
•    Consensus on vision, mission and values of rape crisis centers to inform the revision of service standards;
•    Clarity on purpose, strategic direction, and outcomes in providing services rooted in best practices;
•    Strategies for stronger engagement within the coalition of programs, external systems, and the public;
•    Methods to evaluate progress toward achieving identified goals.
