The vendor is required to provide marketing and advertising services include but are not limited to:
• Work with the director of marketing and communications to develop city actionable strategic marketing plan to increase brand recognition and bolster engagement to drive corporate relocation, business retention and expansion, and talent attraction.
• Lead-generation campaigns targeting city top prioritized targets, leveraging digital, social media, email campaigns, high-conversion landing pages and other tactics
• Big, bold-thinking brand concepts for national and international campaign strategies.
• Work with web developer for marketing overhauls, including website UX/UI enhancements, SEO optimization, CRO improvements and segmented email nurture flows.
• Paid-media planning and execution across search, display, social and retargeting channels, with real-time KPI tracking on cost-per-lead, conversions and pipeline impact.
• Data-driven storytelling projects, from interactive dashboards and visual narratives to dynamic reports that illuminate job creation, cap ex growth and square-foot absorption.
• Event activations, including concept design for immersive booths, sponsorship activations, lead-capture experiences and post-event digital follow-ups.
• Collateral and content production—annual reports and presentations, fast-facts sheets, maps, proposal templates and video assets that reinforce city competitive advantages.
• Ongoing creative retainer support, offering copywriting, art direction, graphic design and production as needed to maintain brand consistency across all external touchpoints and for city extension brands (i.e., the rail district and origin)
• Mar-tech integrations and platform enablement (CRM, marketing automation, analytics) to streamline workflows, automate scoring and fuel continuous optimization.
• Talent attraction and retention campaigns focused on employer-brand storytelling, digital recruitment ads and social recruiting strategies.
• Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communications materials.
